Classes

The Little Tigers class is a blend of fun and instruction. Kids learn blocks, kicks & punches, and fundamentals. Instructors motivate and teach life skills like focus and self-control, setting a strong foundation for their martial arts journey. It's an engaging experience that fosters physical and mental development in young martial artists.

Our largest class! From white belts on up, these students learn progressively more complex kicks, blocks, and punches, as well as poomse and no-head-contact sparring. Perseverance, self-discipline and self confidence are key components to this class. Kids will learn to encourage one another and form strong bonds

Our Intermediate + Advanced Taekwondo Kids Class is an exciting step up for young martial artists who have already mastered the fundamentals. In this program, we take their skills to the next level, focusing on refining techniques, enhancing physical fitness, and deepening their understanding of Taekwondo principles.

This class is slower paced, focused on the individual skill levels of participants. We are able to customize class for any rank or ability level. We will teach everything from the fundamentals up to sparring and gaining new ranks.

No experience is required. It is never too late to start.
